Éloge à l'armée russe

Éloge à l'armée russe (Praise to the Russian Army) is a sound installation consisting of a turntable and an ice-covered vynil. The work of art happens once there is a contact made between the frozen record and the needle of the machine that starts reading it. As time goes by, the ice starts melting, by invading the space around the installation, and reveals pieces of the Russian chants, originally recorder on the vynil.
